We are currently seeking a Full Time Apartment Community Manager is Kansas City...  The 216 unit community is located just 10 miles from the Kansas City Motor Speedway.

 

The Apartment Community Manager will be responsible for all operations of the apartment community with the primary objectives of increasing the net operating income of the community, maintaining the physical asset, providing for a quality living environment for residents and establishing a positive, productive working relationship with the community residents and staff.

 

Qualifications:

 

  - Prior management experience a must

  - Experience with hiring and developing a staff

  - Experience with resident relations

  - Budget administration

  - Experience with financial reporting

  - Vendor management

  - As well as other job specific duties
