Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent for the Austin area.

 

Responsibility:

The Apartment Home Specialist (AHS) is responsible for helping prospective apartment residents find the right apartment home for them.

 

Essential Functions:Answer in-coming telephone calls and emails to help prospective apartment residents find the right apartment home for them. Place follow-up calls and emails to prospects. Take each prospective resident to their final status (leased, looking again on this date or no longer looking). Complete report on calls, emails and leases.

 

Requirements: Must be dependable and punctual. Must be comfortable "surfing" the web. Must have great phone skills, fantastic customer service and strong follow-up skills. Onsite apartment experience a plus.
