About the Opportunity We need a talented individual to fill the role of Apartment Leasing Agent for Clark Lauderdale Company. In this position, you will be the one who leases apartment homes; develops community concept; markets our community; contributes to retaining resident retention; participates in community activities; prepares vacant apartment homes for showing; shows apartment homes; orders and follows up with repairs and improvements; closes leases to maintain high occupancy goals.

Qualifications

Handles complex problems effectively. Separates key issues and generates multiple solutions.

Excellent people skills. Interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people.

Strong familiarity with issues of compliance for state and federal regulations.

Understands the interplay of cultural, socio-economic, personal, or psychological factors that influence consumer behavior.

Closes the sale by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.

Demonstrates intense motivation to sell.

Develops new account prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Experience managing accounts and targeting prospects within a designated region.

Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision.

Presents a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
