Apartment Leasing Manager - Bonu$ Potential!

National owner-operated residential property management company is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager for a large apartment community in Birmingham. Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing a marketing and leasing plan to attract new residents and retain current residents.  The Leasing Manager also serves as a back up to the Property Manager and in that capacity responsibilities may include accounting, rent collection, customer service, maintenance, directing property staff, A/P, etc.Requires 2-3 years experience in leasing in the residential property management field, with previous experience as a leasing manager or assistant property manager preferred. Bilingual (english/spanish), Computer experience (word, excel) and previous Yardi Voyager experience highly desired. 

 

Leasing Managers train to be Property Managers, and successful Leasing Managers will be considered for future Property Manager openings.  If you have previous multifamily experience, a strong background in marketing and sales/leasing and the desire to grow in the residential multifamily property management field - - we want to talk to you!
