By providing supervision to the CML Appraisal team and daily operational support to the CML Director of Loan Support, the Appraisal Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and training the work of the appraisal staff, coordinating the appraisal process, and communicating with Sales and Loan Process teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications for this challenging opportunity include:
Thorough understanding of applicable regulatory requirements, USPAP requirements, and commercial property valuation theory and techniques as they relate to appraisals
Ability to provide leadership to a team and work cooperatively in a highly interdependent environment
Ability to gather, analyze, and assess data to make decision regarding appraisals
Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
