Area Relief Property Manager

WinnResidential is in search of an area relief Property Manager for Easty Bay, Concord and San Jose areas.  The objective of this position will be to augment and support the existing site management staff, provide relief during vacation/leaves, assist in marketing, accounting functions, etc..  The candidate must be willing to travel, have prior mgmt and tax credit experience; enjoy working with multiple staff on multiple properties while reporting directly to the Regional Vice President and possess a strong desire to grow into a leadership role. 

Fluent computer skills (Windows Office Suite) required and Yardi Voyager experience preferred.Bi-lingual/Spanish highly desired.
