OUR MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITY

The Area Sales Manager will coordinate loan origination, train and develop the retail loan consultants, manage the administrative responsibilities of the loan center, and interface with underwriters and appraisal operations. The primary role is to provide motivation and training to Loan Consultants to ensure that individual funding targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will also promote loan programs effectively, accomplish all production goals, and recruit, coach and manage staff.

Several years of mortgage broker industry and management experience is a must! The successful candidate must have great presentation and selling skills, be customer service oriented, extremely organized and demonstrate the ability to multi-task and problem solve effectively.
