Experience with developing and driving business with Real Estate Agents is highly desired. Thorough knowledge for conforming, non-conforming, and alternative products is a must.  Solid product knowledge and understanding is a must! Proven track record of high volume production. ?Out-of-the-box? thinker and extremely outgoing. Solid understanding of the full life-cycle loan process, from initial application to closing. Excellent organizational and communication skills and exceptional work ethic are an absolute must.
