THE ADAM SCOTT COMPANY HAS OVER A 20 YEAR HISTORY OF REPRESENTING THE BEST IN THE FIELD OF CONSTRUCTION/DEVELOPER FIRMS and Candidates.This major multi family/residential/commercial developer needs an experienced Asset management Director. You will handle all third party management firm relations, direct all marketing, leasing negotiations,asset operations and capital projects. Be a key player in budget and capital budget planning and asset acquisition decisions. You will participate in the disposition process,including coordinating offering material, coordinating with buyers on access to due diligence information and overseeing the final settlement statement.

BA/BS a must. Minimum of 5 years related experience. Experience handling at least a 10 million dollar portfolio needed to be able to handle this position.
