Asset Management - Financial Analyst
Milestone Realty Services, Inc. is seeking an Asset Management/Real Estate Finance professional with a finance or accounting degree and at least three years of relevant work experience in the real estate industry.
The ideal candidate will:
- Perform due diligence on acquisitions
- Strategically position existing assets and provide financial and market analyses to evaluate new acquisitions and investments
- Perform lease/contract analysis and negotiation, refinancing research and analysis, long-term capital plans, and tax appeal, investment performance, and hold/sell analyses
- Provide in-depth property analysis, both from a financial and market perspective and compile quarterly performance reports and reports related to property management, brokerage, and appraisals
- Manage and monitor portfolio assets, review and monitor property and portfolio budgets, monthly and quarterly financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow), prepare financial and cash flow projections, and perform site inspections
- Select and oversee leasing, property management, and construction personnel and administer construction draws
- Maintain compliance with loan documents
- Perform market feasibility assessments for prospective developments, outlining competitor positioning, demographic forecasts and national trends for effective product positioning
- Be proficient in problem solving and identifying opportunities to improve the bottom line
- Be proficient in Excel, Word, and Argus
