Asset Manager Associate

American Property Management, Inc. (APMI) is currently seeking a Regional Property Manager/Asset Manager Associate to join their Bellevue based team. Working closely with the President, the Regional Property Manager Associate will oversee all phases of the operation of assigned properties, including but not limited to; the general administration and maintenance of the physical properties, the direction of all assigned personnel and resources, to assure the properties maintenance and good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal result, and the on-site inspection of properties managed and/or as directed by the President.

The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, good people skills, and the ability to adapt to change. Candidates must be available to travel to all 10 Western States usually every other week. Professional appearance and verbal eloquence is a must. While previous property management experience is not required, we are seeking a candidate with a knowledge or interest in real estate or property management. Candidates must possess a Bachelors degree from an accredited university. Candidates with a Business Administration and/or Finance degrees will be considered first.
