A nationwide REO Outsourcing company has an opening for the following position our Wheat ridge CO office:

 

Asset Specialist, REO

 

The Asset Specialist works directly with Asset Manager and is responsible for the pre-marketing functions of a portfolio of Real Estate Owned Assets.

 

Responsibilities will include communicating with real estate brokers, in securing, preserving and obtaining valuations and repair bids on all assigned assets to ensure timely listing and sale of property.

 

Successful candidates for this position are:  Highly motivated, professional, outgoing, self-motivated, detail- oriented; possesses excellent written and oral communication skills, has ability to work independently, excellent follow-up skills, multi-task as well as prioritize tasks; possesses proficient computer skills in:  MS office and Internet based systems.  Prefer work experience in real estate and/or mortgage banking, but not required.
