Assistant Asset Manager

As an Assistant Asset Manager with U.S. Bank, you will: Provide a broad variety of support for US Bancorp Community Development Corporation asset management group. Assist in all aspects of assent management for Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credit Program (HTC) and New Markets Tax Credit Program (NMTC). Extract various information from partnership agreements of portfolio properties and input to database. Monitor receipt of various data for portfolio properties and input information into database. Compose correspondence requesting various information for the portfolio properties. Prepare equity draw requests and process draws. Review construction draw request and process draws. Accompany asset managers on site inspections. While we expect that you?ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require: General real estate background desired. Background in real estate property management and/or knowledge of LIHTC, HTC and/or NMTC programs is a plus. A highly motivated self starter with attention to detail. Well developed analytical and problem solving skills. Good communication skills - written and oral.
