***Assistant Branch Manager***

If you?re looking to bring your sales and management experience in the real estate/ mortgage industry to a new level, we may have the perfect opportunity for you. We?re looking for someone with the leadership and real estate/ mortgage experience to manage our branch office in Pomona, CA. In this challenging role, you?ll be responsible for the overall management and successful operation of the branch office.
Responsibilities:
? Create overall business goals and sales plan for the branch location
? Work with real estate agents to ensure sales goals are met
? Recruit, hire, and train branch employees
? Manage and oversee the activities of all branch office employees

Requirements:
? Demonstrated leadership abilities in the real estate industry
? Previous sales and management experience
? High degree of mortgage and loan experience
? Thorough knowledge of real estate/ mortgage rules and regulations
