A client located in San Jose has an immediate position available for an Assistant Broker.

We are looking for a dynamic and team-oriented business professional that will be able to "hit the ground running." Our client is looking for a sharp and dynamic individual who has the confidence to make business calls and meet with C-level Executives to implement standard work practices. An individual that has the ability to provide business solutions to local companies the San Jose and Santa Clara area. Someone who has the ability to understand how their clients utilize thier work space, listen to their needs and assemble the necessary vendors to address the requirement and anticipate costs. Our client needs passionate, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individuals that will be able to grow their already expanding business.

Extensive training and job shadowing inclusive of position--essential business tools to gain better knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Industry.

Requirements: Must have 4 yr. College Degree, bassic/intermediate knowledge of MS Suite, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
