Village Green has an immediate Assistant Chief Engineer position available atEugenie Terrace Apartments in Chicago, IL!

 The successful candidate must be skilled at providing exceptional customer service to our residents in a timely manner, performing work orders and interacting within a team setting!  Must have knowledge of a variety of maintenance repairs including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, pool chemical maintenance, basic carpentry, etc.  Candidates may also hold certificates for HVAC work or EPA Universal certificates, although not required.
