Job Description ? Assistant Servicing Manager

Commercial Mortgage Banking firm is seeking a qualified individual to perform loan servicing and loan closing functions for a Nashville based firm.

Job Duties Include:

1. Loan Closing Coordinator ? Assist loan production personnel in tracking the loan closing process including insurance approvals, third party reports, survey, and tenant estoppels.
2. Loan Servicing Support ? Provide support and backup to Loan Servicing Manager. Support will include monitoring insurance and UCC compliance on existing loans, administrative support and remittance backup.
3. Special Loan Requests ? Document and prepare approvals for special loan servicing requests such as prepayments of loans and assumption of loan.
4. Loan Financial Reporting ? Prepare and monitor annual property financial reports and coordinate physical property inspections and completion of the reports.
