 DESCRIPTION

ACCOUNTABILITIES
May be responsible for one or more of the following:
? Write press releases, announcements, personality/corporate profiles, and feature articles. Maintain editorial calendar and regular communication with the local news media.
? Develop and implement marketing strategies and programs for enclosed regional shopping center   
? Work with Marketing Manager to develop strategy and direction for the marketing team

? Target audiences for specific promotions and coordinate direct mail and media campaigns.
? Maintain relationships with various merchants and large anchor tenants
? Use available technology and resources to keep marketing efforts fresh
? Develop and maintain extensive marketing library of all product lines, including bios, photos,  responses, collateral, banners and marketing pieces which may be included in their portfolio marketing presentations.
? Develop and maintain extensive databases for use in direct marketing efforts.

 REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelors Degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing or related field, or a sufficient combination of education, training, and experience in marketing, advertising, and media relations.
? Minimum 3 years experience.
? Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to interface with all business groups.
? Ability to develop and manage effective working relationships with the press.
? Extensive knowledge of word processing, data processing, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel,  Photoshop, Illustrator, and how each program interfaces with the other.
? Good organizational skillsMust be able to work well with a team
