Assistant Property Manager

 

Position Overview:

 

Assist in the management of properties in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.  This individual will develop knowledge and skill in the areas of lease administration, income / expense management and administration, physical facilities management and tenant relations.

 

Major Responsibilities:

 Assist with the field activities associated with a group of properties.Interface with tenants and vendors in daily operations.Timely response to tenant service and lease related issues.Supervise vendors (landscaping, janitorial, etc.) and maintenance staff.Oversee the tracking and response to tenant service requests.  Maintain tenant relation program and regular positive communication with each tenant.Perform property inspections.Coordinate insurance requirements for properties and associated vendors.Responsible for the development, preparation and distribution of tenant communication.Maintain project and lease files.Preparation and collection of Estoppel Certificates.Track and implement rental increases.Assist in the development of operating budgets and CAM reconciliations.Assume all other duties and responsibilities and directed by Management.

 

Requirements:

 Experience in the Property Management field preferred.Reliable transportation with a valid driver?s license and auto insurance.Must have excellent computer skills (Excel and Word).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Positive and professional attitude and appearance.Excellent time management skills.Excellent customer service skills.
