Assistant Manager: maintains high occupancy level through support of on-site team. Requirements: Leasing, marketing, assisting in establishing financial goals, verifying applications, preparing lease documents, and responsible for after hours and emergency on-call coverage. The Asst. Mgr. will also coordinate resident repairs and take maintenance requests. The ideal candidate will promote positive, proactive resident relations by demonstrating a firm, fair and consistent behavior.

Leasing Consultant *(entry level position): shows and leases apartments as well as several different administrative tasks such as; follow up, preparing leases, filing, serving notices, etc. This job is for anyone that loves face to face selling, has a passion for Real Estate, and can contribute to the overall satisfaction of our prospects and residents. WEEKENDS REQUIRED

Maintenance Positions: Must have prior experience in maintenance at multifamily property. Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Painting, General Maintenance, HVAC and installation of appliaces.


REQUIREMENTS
All positions require professional demeanor and a positive attitude, leadership skills and high integrity with proven track record and results driven. Prior property management experience in a professional and fast pace environment is a must. General office and bookkeeping skills; sales and customer service skills; public relations; detail oriented and organized; ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management. Must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Outlook ;Yardi experience a plus.
