Assistant Real Estate Manager

CB Richard Ellis seeks an experienced Assistant Real Estate Manager.  Requires strong financial/accounting skills, previous commercial management experience and an extremely positive and proven service attitude.
 
Skills Required:
? Ability to provide superior service to tenants and property owners. 
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Related property management experience (exposure to accounting is preferred).
? Experience with tenant interface and coordination and building access control management.
? Computer proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
? Attention to detail, organized and high level customer service skills are essential.
? Bachelor's degree in related field desired. 
 
Responsibilities include:
? Lease administration
? Preparing and interpreting monthly financial statements and reports, budgets, business plans and bids
? Develop tenant and client relationships
? Physical inspections of the property and supervision of vendors
? Marketing (shows space, qualify tenants, coordinate move-ins, tenant improvements)
