Associate Director - North America Debt

CITY: Los Angeles STATE: California COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
As an Associate Director - North American Debt, with GE Commercial Finance, Real Estate, and this individual will be responsible for:

* Reviewing initial deal packages on large loans, both fixed and floating, and assist in the analysis for quoting loans
* Leading analysis and prescreen effort on both Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) and structured transaction including preparation of ILR's, pricing model, RPM model, market analysis and Argus runs
* Assisting with structuring, applications and coordinating preliminary and final approval
* Leveraging Regional director and west region originators on reviewing transactions, obtaining approval and throughout closing process
* Assisting with marketing efforts including attending west region client events, co-managing marketing effort on house accounts and calling to both brokers and direct Borrowers

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting or (a high school diploma/GED and 10 years of related work experience).
* A Minimum of two years of experience in the real estate industry with a solid grasp of real estate fundamentals, including market analysis and valuation process in either the underwriting or originations focus
* Strong skills in Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Argus and/or Dyna Lease

Desired:
* Bachelor Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting is desired.
* Masters in Finance, Real Estate or Accounting is preferred.
* Familiar with Real Estate Capital Markets, Rating Agency Criteria and GE models including the RPM, pricing and ILR models
