The Associate Loan Consultant program is designed to train elite, experienced sales people from various industries and/or highly distinguished college graduates. The Associate Loan Consultant will originate quality residential mortgage loans which correspond to current program and product parameters, and gain the necessary knowledge and skills through the training and mentoring program to become a successful Loan Consultant.
Upon completion of the six months of training, the Home Loan Center (HLC) Manager, Regional Manager and Senior Loan Consultant will all sign-off on completion of the course. The incumbent will be involved in a Graduation process and the Associate Loan Consultant will become a Loan Consultant.

Experience required or a recent college graduate who has held at least one high accountability job with demonstrated success factors. (i.e. Class President, responsibility of money management, banking industry) required

Time management skills a must.
Computer skills a must
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently.
Self-motivated, high energy and excellent organizational and follow-up skills a must.
Desire to work on full commission status.
