 * Bilingual Escrow Assistant: The successful candidate will: order and obtain information for closings including homeowner dues, payoffs, tax certificates, surveys and other documentation; prepare files for closing; communicate with lenders, clients, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate the closing process; prepare, review, input, and print HUD settlement statements & disbursements worksheets; fund closed transactions, receive other funds collected at closing; and disburse all proceeds to appropriate parties. Two years or more years previous title insurance experience is required. Previous post closing experience is a plus.Must be proficient in Spanish. 

 

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. You must provide exceptional customer service to both clients and customers. Additionally, you must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under specific deadlines, while working in a busy environment.
