We have our own marketing and IT department to assist our sales force in procuring new relationships and maintaining existing clientele base.

This individual must have management and mortgage lending experience

The BILINGUAL SALES?MANAGER will report directly to the President.? As a Team Leader for Pacific Financial, you will build and maintain a productive team of 10-20 loan officers, explain company programs and procedures, ensure all loans meet regulatory guidelines, set individual and team goals, and track individual and team performance.

Preference will be given to local Spanish speaking candidates who are familiar with the local market area.

A minimum of one year experience as a sales manager in the mortgage industry is required.
