Bilingual (Spanish) Loan Officer

Opportunity for an experienced Bilingual Loan Officer in a growing Manhattan Beach mortgage company.

 

Knowledge of the loan process and the overall mortgage industry is required for this long term opportunity.  Integrity Mortgage Solutions has relationships with large developers of single family residences and financial institutions allowing IMS to provide qualified leads for its loan officers.  

 

The Bilingual Loan Officers primary responsibility is originating mortgage loans to English and Spanish speaking clients.  The Loan Officer must build a rapport with the client, and explain the intricacies of the loan program effectively to ensure client confidence and support. The Loan Officer will follow through on the clearance of prior to doc and prior to funding conditions, which includes requesting the information needed to complete all verifications of rent/mortgage, employment, assets, etc.  The Loan Officer is also responsible for keeping the client informed and comfortable while completing the loan to closing.

 

Advanced expectations include attracting new mortgage loan applications by developing relationships within the real estate community, making sales calls to prospective customers, and communicating with current business partners on a regular basis.

 

Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish (written & verbal)

Good working knowledge of Specialized Citizenship loan programs is a plus

Highly organized and proactive

Able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Excellent communication skills both orally and written

Well-developed problem solving skills
