Fast growing Mortgage Banker Approved Funding, seeks a highly motivated
and energetic Branch Manager to join our team.

 

Approved Funding Corp ("AFC") is a vibrant, fast paced and leading
Mortgage company, specializing in Customer and Employee Excellence &
Satisfaction since 1987. We have an immediate opening for an outstanding
and aggressive Branch Manager for our office in PA (Bala Cynwyd). We
will also entertain the possibility of new offices in other areas, to
help us develop and maintain our commitment to excellence. AFC currently
has 12 branches and growing! This is a firm you will be proud to join

AFC is currently looking for a successful retail branch manager, who
meets the following requirements:

* Minimum 4 years experience in a retail mortgage environment.

* Extensive mortgage product knowledge.

* Strong inter-personal skills.

* Professional attitude and appearance.

* Serious Commitment to position and industry.

* Extremely aggressive, self motivated & highly disciplined.

* Ability to hire, train, motivate and terminate office staff,
when necessary.

* A strong base of business, including Realtors, builders,
professionals and personal referrals.

* Outstanding sales and skills & strong communication skills.

* Detailed oriented and open minded.
