Branch Manager - Mortgage

Mortgage Link has been in business servicing the Arizona home loan market for 2 years. We have had great success in a short period of time and are looking to expand our reach. We specialize in sub-prime loans and currently work with over 20 different investors in the secondary market. As we expand, we need an experienced manager to come aboard and not only increase our mortgage loan revenues, but also build a new team of loan officers and lead them in their efforts.

We?re looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to work as a Branch Manager for our office.  You will be responsible for building a team of loan officers, directly managed by you, to increase Mortgage Link's marketshare in the Phoenix home loan marketplace. In addition to managing the team, you will also perform a variety of sales and marketing functions to generate leads and increase the number of closed loans for our company.  If you?re looking to take on a new challenge in the mortgage industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:Two years experience originating mortgage loans, with previous branch management experience strongly preferred.Mortgage operations experience, including processing or underwritingProven ability to build quality customer relationshipsMaintain a positive, can-do attitudeTwo years of management experience requiredKnowledge of and experience in the Phoenix marketplace strongly preferred
