Branch Manager / Mortgage Branch Manager / Loan Officer

We?re looking for a motivated, top producing, self-starting individual to work as a Branch Manager for our Pasadena office.  You will be responsible for building a team of loan officers, directly managed by you, to increase Metrocities Mortgage's marketshare in the Pasadena and greater Los Angeles area. In addition to managing the team, you will also perform a variety of sales and marketing functions to generate leads and increase the number of closed loans for our company.  If you?re looking to take on a new challenge in the mortgage industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Generate loan volume and closed loans through sales and marketing activities
Maximize opportunities by promoting our mortgage products and services
Coaching and development of team members, in order to maximize productivity
Maintain quality relationships with real estate firms
Develop and maintain company product knowledge
Build and promote a dynamic team environment
