Position: Branch ManagersLocations (1 Manager needed for each location): Plainfield,NJ Elizabeth, NJ, Spring Valley,NY, Hackensack,NJ, West New York,NJ, Patterson,NJ, Jackson Heights (Queens),NYCompensation: $70K per year base salary + minimum $20,000 bonus after 3 months upon meeting production goals + benefitsRequirements: 5 Years Experience as a Team Leader/Manager in another Mortgage Bank (no candidates from Citibank,Chase,etc.), MUST be able to recruit, hire, train and motivate a team of 6 Loan Officers and ensure each loan officer (salary + commission) closes 2 Loans per month, MUST also know Residential Lending Guidelines for 1-4 Four Family Residential Mortgage Loans for the "major" Investors (Chase,WAMU,Countrywide,etc) and be thoroughly familiar with FHA Lending Guidelines, MUST be willing (if necessary to hire Underwriters and Processors for their Branch. NO COLLEGE DEGREE REQUIRED!Misc: All candidates will be interviewed by the president of the company and spend 1 month at the Corporate Headquarters in New Jersey to undergo training.
