Branch / Operations Manager

Building a dynamic team environment.  Implementing and managing a variety of internal systems and overseeing business operations.  These are just some of the responsibilities you?ll take on as a branch / operations manager for our mortgage business.  In this challenging role, you?ll oversee the day-to-day operational functions of each department in our branch ? from backend systems to sales operations, and everything in between.

 

Responsibilities:Oversee all business operations; assist department managers with business functions related to their respective departments.Work with management to ensure the overall smooth operation of our office.Assist in the development of training, human resources, and marketing materialsBuild and promote a dynamic team environment

 

Requirements:Experience in the mortgage industryDemonstrated interpersonal skills, strong motivational abilitiesPrevious operational management experienceCollege degree strongly recommended
