Job Description

In Community Association Management you will be dealing with people who own their homes.  The qualified candidate will have the ability to be a peacemaker and solve problems between homeowners; motivate volunteers and inspire a sense of community; supervise contractors; prepare budgets using Microsoft Excel; review financial statements and operate within a budget; monitor communities for Deed Restriction compliance; communicate effectively to create positive results; complete tasks with a sense of urgency; and give presentations to small and large groups.

 

Prior experience managing multiple properties and/or accounts will be helpful.
