CTSC Customer Service Technician II
Responsibilities:
- Resolves all follow-up items, including issues related to delinquencies and refunds.
- Researches issues through phone calls, online work, microfiche and other documentation.
- Addresses delinquent notices.
- Handles penalty coding.
- Requests payment (orders checks).
- Mails checks.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of loan servicing experience related to escrow administration.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent telephone, listening and communication skills.
- Strong mathematical, multi-tasking and analytical abilities.
- Detail and deadline orientation.
- PC proficiency in Windows (Word, Excel and Lotus Notes).
- Good typing (35wpm) skills.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Some college coursework.
