We need a talented individual to fill the role of Call Center Representative IV.

This candidate will respond to inquiries and documentation needs of borrowers with loans being serviced at New Century Mortgage by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:
? Responsible for daily call center functions ensuring highest level of customer service and satisfaction for the call center
? Meets established efficiency and effectiveness standards regarding customer service factors determined by the management.
? Resolves customer inquiries and/or complaints while on call.
? Researches issues and takes corrective action as appropriate.
? Updates customer data as necessary.
? High Customer Contact
? Responsible for Call Center Statistics, which result in a decreased Abandonment Rate
? Tracks customer trends as they pertain to comments, disputes and/or dissatisfaction with New Century Mortgage Corporation.
? Communicates any discrepancies to department supervisor.
? Assists Supervisor with Call Reporting and Statistics

Three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience are required. Must have previous call center experience in a Mortgage Banking environment. Some college is preferred. Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to create spreadsheets for reporting.
