Capital Markets Sales - Commercial Real Estate

In Capital Markets Sales with U.S. Bank, you will: Be responsible for assisting the Managing Directors with all aspects of the Real Estate Capital Markets product lines, including Syndications, Sub Debt, Permanent and Construction Permanent Financing, Piper referrals and other functions as developed Assist in presentations, to both internal audiences and clients, accompany the Managing Directors on client calls, assist in the structuring and sales of transactions, preparation of marketing materials and information memoranda, financial analysis and internal reporting Assist the Analyst as needed Ultimately gain responsibility for a calling territory Be located in Minneapolis and will require a significant amount of travel. While we expect that you?ll possess a strong basic skill set, including excellent communication and people skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently, we also require: Prior experience in real estate lending (2 ? 4 years) and ideally completion of a credit training program Marketing, business development, negotiating and management skills.
