PCV/MURCOR is looking for associate(s) to join our fast paced team of experienced Real Estate Staff Appraisers in Honolulu, Maui, and the island of Hawaii. 

 

  PCV/MURCOR founded in 1981 is a multifaceted national real estate appraisal and consulting firm, which is professionally qualified and experienced to serve the real estate needs of a variety of clientele: financial institutions, government agencies, asset managers, and life insurance companies.

  Staff Appraiser:

? The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Exceptional Computer Skills; Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and under time constraints; Demonstrated ability to think independently; Demonstrated ability to work under pressure; Excellent oral and written communication skills.

? Providing advice and support to our mainland clients/team on appraisals, appraisal reviews and collateral issues.

? The ideal candidate possess: Minimum 3 years of experience in residential appraising i.e.: unique properties, 1-4 units and investment properties.

? Must have a Hawaii State Certified General License.

? Expertise with local real estate. Having strong analytical, problem solving, and technical skills.
