The Job:

WhiteFence currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, service-minded individual to join our rapidly growing, fast-paced company as a Channel Partner Representative. The Representative will be actively engaged in calling properties to discuss the benefits of our service and resolve any property issues. The representative will be in frequent contact with a broad range of client representatives, and will be expected to interact with an appropriate level of professionalism and technical competence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Call multifamily properties to discuss the WhiteFence Residential Connection Service.Run reports to review the status and increase/decrease of property usage.Maintain a spreadsheet with all call logs.Motivate leasing agents and managers to increase usage.Resolve issues that are discovered on calls.Follow up with properties via email.


Qualifications:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Experience in any of the following industries a plus: Real Estate, Multifamily, E-Commerce.
