Lydian Data Services is currently looking for a Client Advocate for our Boca Raton office.  Please find more information below:

 

GENERAL SUMMARY

 

Responsibilities include day-to-day contact with clients to answer questions, train and solve problems.  Communicate with management to build better client service processes to benefit Lydian/client work processes.  Serve as the primary contact for all client issues. 

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Communicate daily with Lydian clients to facilitate a smooth loan acquisition process.

 Manage ongoing new client orientation process and develop strong client relationships.

 Serve as an information resource for Lydian clients.

 Ensure quality service in all aspects of the loan acquisition process.

 Serve as a liaison between clients and staff to guarantee client satisfaction.

 Develop, and present to management new methods to streamline the mortgage services process.

 Coach and train clients to improve the loan submission process.

 

8. Create and maintain client specific reports to monitor performance.

 Special projects as necessary.

 

10. Completes other duties as required, including, but not limited to:
