The IndyMac Bank Irvine Operations Center is looking for an experienced Sr. Funder to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1.Reviews loan information to ensure accuracy. Determines course of action to correct errors.
2.Reviews mortgage loan file to determine if all conditions that must be cleared prior to funding have been satisfied and to request additional funding conditions as needed.
3.Verifies accuracy and consistency of specifications on documents, such as the deed of trust/mortgage note, etc.
Requirements:
Qualified applicants will have at least 3 years of mortgage funding experience. Prefer 5-8 years of funding experience. Candidates should be detailed oriented, analytical, and have excellent customer service skills. In addition, they should have the ability to work under tight time constraints.
