Closer/Escrow Officer
Title Pro has an immediate opening for closer, who will clear title liens, process files for closing, prepare closing documents, arrange closings with attorneys and borrowers, scan and ship closing packages, and fund loans. In addition, the closer will follow up on title commitments and title issues and send recordings to the counties.
The ideal candidate must be motivated, energetic, highly organized, and team-oriented. Closing/escrow experience is required, as well as a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills and excellent customer service skills. This position will exclusively serve one mortgage company and will work onsite as the liaison between the two companies.
