Closing Team Leader

We are actively searching for a team leader within our Mortgage Closing Dept. This person will be a lead by example experienced mortgage professional who has a strong understanding of the mortgage marketplace. This person will also have experience with:

SUPERVISORY

MULTI TASK

? Supervise staff

? Q.C. File

? Interface with investor

? Manage work flow

? Review files for compliance with underwriting guidelines

? Interface with loan purchasers both individual and private parties

? Manage the closing staff.

? Data entry

Shipping

? Follow rate locks

? Quality control file

? Stacking and copy

? Ship to investor

Investor Relations

? Interface with investor
