Help Desk Analyst/Software Trainer- This position encompasses providing technical support and workflow related guidance to real estate closing organizations running our real estate closing/title platform via the phone and the Internet. Candidates must be well versed in real estate closing/title production and have prior experience using one of the main closing software systems, i.e. Softpro, AIM, SMS, TitleSoft etc. Additionally, candidates should be able to travel selectively to train new users on the new closing system implemented.

 

Candidate Employment Qualifications:

? A minimum of 1-2 years of closing, processing, accounting, and general industry experience with a larger title operation.

? Possess excellent customer servicing skills and have strong phone skills.

? Be a quick study and proficient with MS Windows based computer systems, title/closing software applications, and the Internet.
