Recently, PFH announced the formation of its newest subsidiary, Popular Mortgage Servicing, Inc. (PMSI), the loan administration and servicing arm of PFH.  Located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, PMSI is dedicated to providing a customer experience second to none in the industry.

 

We are currently seeking a talented individual to fulfill the position of Collections Manager (second shift) in our Cherry Hill, NJ location.  This Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of the Collections area consisting of the management of 10-15 loan counselors.  This position is responsible for ensuring that all guidelines/policies, federal and state regulations are followed.  Most critically, this position is responsible for ensuring that our delinquency ratios are meeting or exceeding standards.  The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications (minimally):

 

? The ability to work 3:00 pm until 12:00 midnight and occasional weekend days

? Extensive experience in mortgage collections as well as 3-5 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity

? Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills including the ability to develop and motivate, strategic thinking and professional communication skills.
