Commercial/Construction Business Development Specialist

The Commercial/Construction Lending division of Ohio Savings Bank is seeking a number of qualified individuals with an interest and/or educational background in Commercial Real Estate or Construction Lending to participate in a new and exciting training program.

 

This program includes learning both the operations and sales sides of our growing Construction Lending team. Our division specializes in residential project and line of credit financing, providing over three billion dollars annually to developers and builders of residential single and multi-family for sale and for rent projects.

 

The selected candidates will train at our corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio for a period of three to four months with a tenured staff. Upon completing the training program, the trainee will relocate to other markets in our Construction Lending footprint including Chicago, Maryland or Orlando. The goal for this program is to develop trainees into outside field sales representatives within Construction Lending, working with a senior team member.

 

Interested candidates must be willing and commit to relocation within a three to four month time frame.
