COMMERCIAL LEASING MANAGER

The Lewis Group of Companies, one of the nations largest privately-held real estate developers, is actively seeking a qualified candidate for the position of COMMERCIAL LEASING MANAGER. This important position will be responsible for the leasing and management of a diverse portfolio of commercial office and industrial space in the Inland Empire and surrounding areas. The opportunity would be located at our Inland Empire corporate office in Upland, CA. Duties would include the following?.

Generating leases, and lease renewals.

Interact with prospective and current tenants through telephone inquiries and office visits.

Explore potential tenants and maintain good relationships with current tenants

Tour commercial/industrial space, negotiate with existing and prospective tenants, originate leases, bid projects, tenant improvement coordination, and project budgeting.

Conduct area comparative rate surveys and provide management with information on market trends.

Work with area leasing brokers, contractors, tenants, owners and staff.

A California Real Estate license in required.

Previous experience in property management is required.

MS Office skills required.
