We are seeking motivated and intelligent individuals who have the desire to learn about finance and the commercial real estate industry.? The ideal candidate is comfortable working with Excel and has a strong interest or experience in Commercial Real Estate

Responsibilities:

? Performing debt-sizing and due diligence underwriting of commercial real estate mortgage loans
? Analyzing financial statements, property leases, commitment letters and other real estate and credit documents
? Performing market analysis for various property types and locations
? Cataloging property specific analysis, including property and market conditions
? Creating cash flow spreadsheets detailing historical and projected property performance
? Engaging in assignments in-house or at client sites
?
