Commercial Property Manager

An established San Antonio commercial real estate development and management company is seeking an experienced Property Manager for its growing portfolio. Candidates shall have knowledge of all aspects of commercial property management, including tenant relations, lease administration, building maintenance and operations, bidding projects, tenant improvements, financial reporting and budgeting.

Candidates must have 5 years experience in commercial property management, possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and be able to work independently and as a part of a team. Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities include:

* Interaction with tenants, including collections, lease administration and tenant services
* Respond to emergency and urgent tenant/property issues
* Lease preparation, including preparation of lease abstracts
* Review and approval of annual CAM reconciliations
* Preparation of monthly financial reports
* Preparation of annual budgets
* Approval of all invoices prior to submission for payment
* Bidding of all vendor contracts and preparation of scopes of work
* Inspection of the properties on a regular basis and scheduling improvements and repairs
* Plan, coordinate and implement capital improvements.
