Salary: From 50,000.00 to 60,000.00 USD per year

Workway is now hiring for a certified Commercial Property Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years experience for the Southbay area.

The qualified candidate must have advanced knowledge of the Commercial and Retail property management business with a Real Estate and/or Brokers license preferred. ****Knowledge of local San Diego Real Estate laws A MUST.

This position would require:

Management of several large Commercial Properties

Supervision of property management staff including maintenance and security

Budgeting of finances

Maintaining and submission of reports

Regularly reporting to upper management and or owner

Minimum Qualifications:

3-5 years experience as a Commercial Property Manager

Advanced knowledge of Property Management industry

Pay:

50-60K depending on experience, plus bonuses and incentives
