Commercial Property Manager/Leasing Agent

Our client, a full-service development and real estate services company, manages many properties across the United States.  They are seeking a Property Manager/Leasing Agent for the Phoenix market.

 

If you have COMMERCIAL property management experience and are local to the Phoenix metro area, this may be the opportunity for you to join a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

 

Must have good computer skills, be detail oriented, project a professional image and be able to work will little supervision in a fast paced environment.

 

Responsibilities Include:
Developing relationships with Tenants and Vendors
Prospecting new tenants and renewing existing Tenants
Preparing reports, memos, correspondence, agreements and other professional documents
Collections and monthly reporting
Budget adn reconciliation preparation
Schedule and organize building activities such as Tenant meetings and luncheons
Organize and prioritize work load
Handle confidential and non-routine information
Coordinate move-in and move-out duties of each Tenant
Perform other duties as needed and assigned

 

Qualifications:
4 year degree
3+ years experience in the COMMERCIAL real estate arena
Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
Must have great organizational skills
Current Arizona Real Estate License preferred
Proficient in MS Office-  Word, Excel and Outlook
Medical background or medical building experience preferred
