? Title:Sales Associate

? Division/Vertical:  Local Tenant Rep Division - Dallas/Ft. Worth Market 

? Reports To:  Vice Presidents and (indirectly) Team Leaders

? Salary Range:  $30,000 - $50,000 First Year

? Job Purpose:  Business Development - To find, qualify, and set appointments with prospective clients for the company?s services. 

? Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

o  Manage a pre-assigned territory by physically stacking each building in the assigned submarket. 

o  Physically call on companies in those buildings to find decision makers and obtain relevant lease information. 

o  Make 40-50 daily phone calls to prospective clients to obtain relevant lease information.

o Set appointments with decision makers of qualified prospective clients to further introduce them to the company and its service offering. 

o  Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems. 

o Track and be knowledgeable about relevant office real estate market activity and trends. 

o Proactively improve personal sales and marketing skills and techniques, as well as develop knowledge of real estate industry terms and standards.

Required Skills:  Qualified candidates will possess most of the following skills/attributes: 

o  A Bachelors Degree OR at least three years of sales experience.

o  A sincere and demonstrated desire to enter into a career path in the commercial real estate industry. 

o  Self motivated with strong persistence & tenacity.

o  Outstanding communication skills.

o  Career-minded and a willingness and ability to work long/unpredictable hours. 

o  Microsoft Office and other basic technology skills.

o  Participate in some specialized extracurricular activity or interest such as athletics, community service or civic involvement .

o  A Texas Real Estate License will be required within 60 days of employment .

o  Prior sales experience and a current Texas Real Estate Brokerage License are a major plus.

? Territory/Scope:  Primary focus will be specific, company-assigned office submarkets in Dallas/Ft. Worth.
